Ashover Derbyshire

Ashover is a small village in Derbyshire in the Amber Valley. Standing between Chesterfield to the North and Matlock South. The village has a long history to Saxon times. The village was important to quarrying and lead mining and once had its own railway.

Ashover is also well known for its annual show that is held in the town every August.
